Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to reflect on the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Our work focuses on understanding what has been difficult while building new ways of responding with greater clarity and self-trust. I commonly support clients working through anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, life transitions, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with connection or communication.

    • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. I offer a safe space where you can slow down and explore the parts of yourself that need care, healing, or a voice. We’ll look at how past experiences still influence you today while also focusing on what you want moving forward. My role is to support your growth, build confidence, and help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • ART is a evidenced based approach that helps reduce the emotional charge of painful memories without needing to talk through every detail. Through guided eye movements and imagery, we work with how your brain stores distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming.

Sessions are extended and typically last 90–120 minutes. Many concerns can often be significantly resolved within 1–3 sessions, though this varies depending on the individual and the nature of the experience.

  • 50 minute individual sessions are $150. I offer a small number of sliding scale spaces based on availability. If cost feels like a barrier, I welcome you to reach out.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on understanding the patterns, roles, and dynamics that shape how family members relate to one another. Rather than viewing one person as the problem, we explore how the system as a whole influences communication, conflict, and emotional connection. This work can help families navigate challenges such as ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, life transitions, parenting stress, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences while building healthier and more supportive ways of relating.

  • In early sessions, we’ll identify the patterns that tend to surface — who speaks, who withdraws, who takes responsibility, and how conflict moves through the system.

Sessions are structured but flexible. I’ll guide conversations, slow down reactive moments, and help each person feel heard without one voice dominating the space.

Family therapy works best when members are open to reflecting on how their own responses shape the dynamic. The goal isn’t to assign blame, but to create healthier ways of relating moving forward.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • I work with adult children and caregivers, as well as children or teens alongside the adults in their lives. Together, we look at the patterns shaping the system and create healthier ways of relating.

Family therapy works best when everyone is willing to reflect on their role in the dynamic. If someone feels unsafe or there is ongoing violence, individual support may be more appropriate to begin with.

If you’re unsure, we can talk it through during a consultation.

  • 50-minute session: $180
    90-minute session: $200

Longer sessions are often recommended for families to allow enough time to slow down patterns and work through them fully.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. Please reach out to discuss current availability.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to better understand the patterns that shape how you and your partner communicate, navigate conflict, and experience connection. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we explore the deeper dynamics influencing the relationship and work toward more supportive ways of relating. My work with couples is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman-informed tools, and parts-based work to help partners strengthen communication and rebuild emotional connection. Couples often seek therapy to address recurring conflict, communication challenges, trust concerns, emotional distance, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences on their relationship.

    • In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what’s been feeling hard and what you both want to feel differently. I’ll ask questions to understand how conflict unfolds, what happens in your bodies when things escalate, and how each of you learned to handle closeness, stress, and hurt.

When tension shows up in session (and it often does), we don’t avoid it. We slow it down. We look at it together. That’s usually where the real work happens.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Couples therapy works best when both partners are willing to look at their part in the dynamic, even when that feels uncomfortable. You don’t have to agree on everything or feel hopeful right now, but you do both need to be open to slowing things down and participating in the process.

Couples therapy may be a good fit if you’re stuck in the same argument, care about the relationship even if you feel frustrated or distant, and are willing to understand what’s happening underneath the conflict instead of only focusing on who’s right.

It may not be appropriate if there is ongoing physical violence, active coercion, or one partner is unwilling to engage. In those cases, individual support or more specialized services are often a safer place to begin.

If you’re unsure, we can talk it through during a consultation.
